Runners may arrive to register and camp from 7pm on Friday evening and there will be space to pitch a small tent within the event village. Groups such as running clubs can pitch gazebos for their teams. Space close to the start/finish line is on a first come 1st served basis.

If you are travelling from abroad and don't want to bring a tent on the plane, we can supply a few basic tents to loan out or some space under cover with a place to put your sleeping bag out. If this is your intention email us on to let us know to cater for you.

There will be a sheltered area for runners to rest between loops if it's wet and an area for runners without tents to place bags close to the start.

If you are travelling to Delamere by train we recommend arriving on Friday evening so that you can make the start with plenty of time.

Please be aware you can not park campervans or caravans within the event village, all vehicles must stay in the car park as there will not be access to the event village.

Dogs are permitted within the event village however, they MUST be kept on a short lead at all times.

We will endeavour to provide charging stations for small devices such as phones and watches however we advise you to make provision to avoid disappointment in the event that we are unable to meet demand.

We will have portaloos available however it is unlikely that we will be able to provide showers.
